The College will waive out-of-state fees for honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed and Reserve Forces (Air Force, 军队, 海岸警卫队, 海军陆战队, and Navy) and the National Guard (军队 and Air) who physically reside in Florida while enrolled at the College.  Tuition and fees charged to a veteran under this subsection may not exceed the tuition and fees charged a resident student in the same course.  Required: DD-214 form and proof of Florida address. 

Persons who are entitled to and use educational assistance provided by the United States Department of 退伍军人事务部 will qualify for a waiver of out-of-state fees if they physically reside in Florida while enrolled at the College in any term beginning after July 1, 2015. Tuition and fees charged to a veteran or person who qualifies for the out-of-state fee waiver under this subsection may not exceed the tuition and fees charged a resident student enrolled in the same course. Required: VA Educational Assistance Benefits Certification such as VA Certification of Eligibility (COE) or a VAF 28-1905 Form (Ch 31). 

The College will waive out-of-state fees for a person who is an active duty member of the Armed Forces of the United States residing or stationed outside of the state. Tuition and fees charged to a student who qualifies for this out-of-state fee waiver may not exceed the tuition and fees charged to a resident student.  Required: copy of military orders.

This waiver is for service members or veterans awarded a Purple Heart, or other combat decoration superior in precedence that was awarded for valor. The Purple Heart Waiver is applicable. Applicable for 110 percent of the number of required credit hours of the degree or certificate program for which the student is enrolled. Required: DD-214 and proof of applicable Florida residency (either current or at the time of the valorous action for which the decoration was awarded).

The Scholarships for Children and Spouses of Deceased or Disabled Veterans (CSDDV) provides an award to dependent children or un-remarried spouses of qualified Florida veterans. 学生 who attend an eligible public postsecondary institution will receive funds to cover their tuition and registration fees. 学生 who attend an eligible private postsecondary institution will receive a fixed award amount by using the average matriculation and fee calculation for full-time attendance at a public postsecondary education institution at the comparable level. Click here for more information.
